I will be forever grateful for the staff at Escondido Post Acute. My father was placed in an awful facility in El Cajon, against our wishes, and was not cared for with dignity or professionalism. After much effort and no thanks to our insurance company I was able to get him moved closer to his home in Escondido (Escondido Post Acute). Rob, Shirell and Crystal have been attentive to review and respond to our hospice referrals pretty quickly. They are easy to work with and I trust my patients in their care.

Escondido post acute rehab, has caring staff, they were a big part of my grandmothers recovery. We definitely recommend Escondido post acute rehab to our family and friends.

I promised to write a review. It is challenging to post a review on yelp. Great initial customer service on the phone. Rubi was very pleasant and quite accommodating. The employees were very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are okay. This is not a resort. It is a place for rehabilitation and being kicked out of Palomar hospital on such a short notice,they took my father in with no hesitation and made him as comfortable for the short period he was there.

The admissions process was seamless, and the coordinator was proactive and compassionate. The facility was clean, and the nurses were accommodating and warm. We would highly recommend this facility for end-of-life placement. We only used them for a few days but everyone from the administrator to the CNA was very involved in the care of our patient.

I have been to skilled nursing facilities all over the county and this one has the best Rehab results in Escondido. The nursing staff are kind. The rooms are clean. The quality is much better than is was years ago.

It was an amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. We met with a lady named Rubi, she was so knowledgeable and had an answer for every question we had. Her attitude matched her level of knowledge "above and beyond". Thank you so much for giving us a tour of your wonderful facilities.

This place cares for elderly and the infirmed and the rehabilitating. Staff is friendly and kind and patient. Gardens are beautifully maintained. Parking lot can get full during shift changes. Moderate odors can be experienced, but, remember, it's a care facility.

Honestly the staff was amazing except for one b*tch name Caitlyn one of the nurse assistant at station one I don't know if work she was on her PERIOD that day or she drop her TAMPON accidentally when she walked inside the skilled nursing facility but anyway let me explain what happened and my physical condition I was a patient there paralyzed from the neck down I will ask the nurses that they could flip me on my side so I won't get any pressure wounds from laying down in bed because I couldn't turn myself obviously because I... read more
