The rent is... (Verified Renter) The rent is far overpriced for the quality of service that I receive.
The parking was... (Verified Renter) The parking was terrible we lived on the 1st floor and wanted to park on the 1st floor but the only way to get a space on the 1st floor was to get home by 3:00 and not leave again. It was ridiculous at the amount of people that lived on the upper floors but would park on the 1st floor. Also the constant visitors or people that parked there and ubered downtown. Another major frustration was the neighbors that left their dogs poop on the ground and not clean up after them! They need cameras... read more

Not with the demographic that has decided to move in and make it the weirdest bunch of people living in a single apt complex in nashville. People want to have fun...not be bossed around with new rules all the time
There are a... (Verified Renter) There are a significant number of flaws in the finish carpentry and workmanship in my unit. This disappointing given the rent for the unit is about same as a mortgage payment on 300k house
