I loved this... (Verified Renter) I loved this apartment, the location, and maintenance/upkeep staff.I did not think a rent increase was necessary as we were paying for a storage unit plus a pet fee every month. We were able to move to the Nations with tons of events/restaurants and bars for $500 cheaper a month for about the same size of space.
