I recommend the... (Verified Renter) I recommend the apartment space because it's really nice and high quality. The location is convenient. Facing the courtyard is quiet and the pool is a nice view.
Our first week... (Verified Renter) Our first week here was absolutely horrible (as you can read above) however since maintenance remedying the ac complications and us hiring our own cleaning crew everything else about 2700 charlotte has been a good experience.

Tyler was phenomenal!... (Verified Renter) Tyler was phenomenal! He answered all of our questions and made us feel like 2700 Charlotte Ave was already our home. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone that is looking for a mix of luxury and comfort.
Limited guest parking.... Limited guest parking. The new parking system for guests sounds like extra work and a process I won't want to go through.
Everyone in the... Everyone in the office is great, and it's a safe and convenient place to live. There's nothing really close or walkable over on this side of town though.
