Parking, the dog wash station, and gym are above average and are very nice and convenient. Also, I like how the hallways are thoroughly cleaned once a month and are securely gated. The amenities are always very clean and smell great. A dog park at centennial park is located nearby which is convenient and a short walk away. The garage and... (Verified Renter) The garage and the parking situation has become rather frustrating. There are several times I have had to park on the 3rd or 4th floor while living on the 2nd. I understand the units are filling up which limits parking but the garage just seems like a mess. The garage is extremely narrow and it's hard for two cars to pass each other going opposite ways because there are a good number of trucks with truck beds that stick out past the parking spot. It's a great... (Verified Renter) It's a great place to live! My only concern is people that do not clean up after there pets it's frustrating when you have to watch every step in the grass because some people do not clean up after their pets! The gate access to the mailbox room needs to be adjusted it will close on you before you get inside and hit you in the back of your feet.
This community truly... (Verified Renter) This community truly is incredible. The apartments themselves are beautiful, the perks for residents (brunch, massages, food trucks, etc.) is impeccable, all of the staff is incredibly helpful and nice, and the location is perfect. It is close enough to downtown to be able to get there in just a matter of minutes but just outside of the middle of downtown so that there is peace and quiet when you want it. Also, the amenities are above and beyond expectations!
