my waitress literally told me that I used my free queso dip, I was supposed to receive free with the upload of their app.it was our second time using the app and can assure had not used the free reward..my catfish was NOT cook to a done mode in fact tasted raw. I did not eat it but paid for it...asked for a manager , never showed me one.
No host in the front to seat us. We had to seat ourselves. Waitress insisted on getting drinks from the bar for us and never came back with the drinks, we had to go to the bar for them after being told we didn’t have to. The beers were sitting at the bar the whole time.
the service sucks. they gave away our table, messed up on our food, and promised free meal which we still paid for!
First of all they took forever to give us a table then when we got our food my husbands sirloin was over cooked not to say burnt. Of course we gave it back and they “cooked” him a new one which was all freaking RAW not medium term .. RAW! It was disgusting I’ve never been so disappointed. And we ended up having to pay for it.
Joined my family for a birthday dinner yesterday and was very upset with the service we recieved.
Bad service bartenders need to get there head out and take care of paying customers without attitudes don’t know why young people take on jobs which involves being people friendly

Never again food was cold waiter took long for our sodas had to ask for sodas 2 more times to remind him will not eat at this place again

Enjoyed a salad awhile back BUT yesterday our party was very inconvenienced!! My sister reserved for party of 16 and then she’s told they can only accommodate 13. The female that took the reservation NEVER mentioned the cap off!! Sadly our party wasn’t sat together and had some had to sit in a booth!! We all make mistakes but that one is a NO WAY!! We ordered the chicken friend steak and it was fried hard as a rock. Both my wife and mind were the same. Terrible experience.
