I've been here several times and have usually had pleasant experiences, until we had Kimberly as our bartender (we sat at the bar). The entire evening she was very short and acted like serving us was a pain. The other bartenders were great, but she brought down the happy vibes in the place. Then, when asking for our tab, she was very short and acted like it's obvious it's already in the shotglass. Well, the tab wasn't accurate but we gave her the card anyway to get out of there. I LOVE the veggie southwestern wrap. We came here on a Thursday at around 5:45 pm and got seated immediately. Our waitress was super attentive and they are usually very good here- my drink never got lower than a quarter full. The Southwestern wrap can be ordered with meat- chicken and bacon- or with a veggie patty scrambled up. I am personally not a fan of wraps and especially veggie wraps, but the sauce and veggies combined with the flavorful black bean patty scramble is packed with flavor. I very much enjoyed this place. Wanted to check out a new spot for my birthday dinner with family and friends and I have always heard mixed reviews but I am glad I finally went and found out for myself. We showed up around 6:30 on a Tuesday and for a party of 10-12 we were seating pretty efficiently. Nice atmosphere from the bar to the opposite end of the restaurant. My first visit to 54th Street was great as the staff provided attentive service as we had a quick pint while waiting for a near by business meeting. Good beer selection & the menu seemed broad.

Typical americana restaurant, but with a nice bar area. Plenty of tvs and a nice lounge area outside. Good food good service. Prices average. No complaints.

Great place to hang out with friends for some drinks. Although I'm not impressed with their shroom appetizer, it's a bit salty and the sauce makes it even saltier.

WHAT HAPPENED TO SERVICE. Horrible management. CamE here for my mother's 81st birthday. Requested a table for 15 and they stuffed us in 2 tables. See pic attached. I spoke to the manager Kyara and she told me, what do you want me to do a loud it. I asked her to get us another table and after a lot of back and forth she said when one freed up she would get it. A bit of a slow start as the waitstaff was in a meeting when we arrived late afternoon. However the manager Kevin came out and took our order and then Leah took over and did a great job. Quick refills of water. Fresh hot bread came out quickly and the food order was accurate, hot and fast. We have not been here in awhile but one constant remains. First of all, shout out to our server Kayla A! She was awesome and directed really well! The food was amazing and so was the mango margarita!! We will definitely DEFINITELY be back!!
