He envisioned a place that would accommodate a consistently crowded dining room as well as a lively bar crowd, while offering the quality food and drinks that exceed national chain competitors. At 54th Street, we believe that great food starts with fresh produce, high quality meats and ingredients and meals prepared from scratch. YAY! Along with Great Gluten Free options- they turned the sound on for Monday Night Football!!
We had a great experience in the bar. The food was great, our waitress was outstanding and the Manager was absolutely perfect. They cared about our experience and went above an beyond. We'll be back soon.
I liked it but my husband did not. I had a good chicken sandwich and he had the Reuben. He likes Reubens and knows good from bad. He said the corned beef was cut from a "roll" and not sliced from an actual hunk of cured beef. More like a deli sandwich. However, we will go back sometime if we're in the area and give it another shot.
Food is not very good and overall mediocre service. Salads drenched in dressing so ask for it on the side. The restaurant was at least clean
Hey Y'all! This resto is the bomb! Fillet Mignon so tender and juicy, fall off the bone baby back ribs. Coming from California, never have tasted anything like this out there. Oh! And mashed potato and beans sooo yummy. Cant wait to go back!
54th is the fucking best. Happy hour is a must. The house margarita is potent and inexpensive. The wings and gringo dip are delicious
This is my spot whenever I have some free time and meet up with a friend. The atmosphere is pretty crowded yet friendly and laid back. Obviously I love the numerous televisions with different sporting events and their really cold draft beer! The waitstaff and bartenders are very attentive in making sure if we need any refills or anything else. The food selection is pretty good and the taste & quality is great...above average. The place is even better during the NFL & NBA seasons.
Great restaurant to chill out and have a drink. I do not like how they changed their happy hour menu as that's why I loved coming to this place.
I come here often with the hubby and in laws and usually have no issues but this last weekend was different. Party of 5 dining the food came out fine and with no issues however the service was not up to par. Our waitress brought refills but brought out to wrong drinks (unsweet tea when I had sweet etc.) She also proceeded to clear our table which is fine but insisted on getting ALL the plates and cups and stacked all of them high enough to disrupt and completely stop our conversation as we were afraid they would topple all o... read more
