Have been coming here for years my go to was the turkey burger i was very very disappointed when i came in the other day to find out they took it OFF THE MENU other then that drinks where good

Absolutely horrible service. Keep in mind, I have trained waiters/bartenders/waitresses. I sat in the bar area and watched 3 wait staff walk by me, look at me, and not say a word (no greeting or anything). 20 minutes later, I finally got a waitress to serve me and take a drink order. My date arrived 10 minutes later; EVERY time we ordered from there on, we had to flag down someone to take our order. To be fair, our waitress did check on us TWICE. This is based strictly off service. Oh wait, I wouldn't know because we waited at the table for 10 minutes and no one came to acknowledge us. A couple of servers walked by helping other tables and said absolutely nothing to us. As we left there were 4 servers and a hostess at the hostess station mingling and 2 servers at the cash resister standing around. No service on a Saturday. Walked out for lack of service with plenty of servers around...a simple "We'll be right with you" would've been sufficient. Nothing was said until we walked out...definitely will not return to this location.

I went here with family in the middle of the day when it was very slow and we had no service whatsoever. No water, no menu's and no food. They were servers just standing there doing nothing.

Always enjoy thisnlocarion the most. The staff is always attentive and caring. The hostesses seems to have an attitude sometimes but the waiters/waitresses are always amazing. Food of course are great like usual. Gringo dips, burgers, wraps, pasta, etc!

Visited this location while on vacation visiting family who live in the area and they chose it for an informal pre-graduation dinner. Was very surprised that we were immediately seated so quickly on a Wednesday evening w/ the place being very busy and with us having a group As there were 7 people in our group, no one ordered the same thing. I was waiting and watching to see what if any mistakes would come from this. Surprisingly, none. Met up with family and friends for a birthday celebration. My wife and I both had a margarita and shared their "Fry Me To The Moon" appetizer, as we both had eaten dinner and didn't want anything too heavy. Both the drinks and appetizer were great and our server was excellent.
