I went here with family in the middle of the day when it was very slow and we had no service whatsoever. No water, no menu's and no food. They were servers just standing there doing nothing.

Always enjoy thisnlocarion the most. The staff is always attentive and caring. The hostesses seems to have an attitude sometimes but the waiters/waitresses are always amazing. Food of course are great like usual. Gringo dips, burgers, wraps, pasta, etc!

Visited this location while on vacation visiting family who live in the area and they chose it for an informal pre-graduation dinner. Was very surprised that we were immediately seated so quickly on a Wednesday evening w/ the place being very busy and with us having a group As there were 7 people in our group, no one ordered the same thing. Completely dissatisfied with the steak dinner twice in a row! Definitely will not be eating there again.

Met up with family and friends for a birthday celebration. My wife and I both had a margarita and shared their "Fry Me To The Moon" appetizer, as we both had eaten dinner and didn't want anything too heavy. Both the drinks and appetizer were great and our server was excellent.

Sad!!! This is the second time I've tried 54th Street...different location. Pathetic quality is the name of this chain restaurant. I ordered a 14 oz blackened ribeye and it was not blackened period. The 14 oz was about 9 oz. Flavor was good and our server was good. I also asked about certain vegetables in soups and ordered based on their knowledge....which was wrong. Good beer selection, good service food was average. Good place for a group or family. If you have go to a chain, you could do a lot worse.

We love this place for watching sports in their bar! They have decent prices for drinks and happy hour twice a day 3-6 and 9-Close. He food is good it's just very American and everything is pretty much fried (typical chain restaurant. If you are looking to snack while watching the game I recommend the Shrooms or even the Boneless Wings because they are our favorite. The service was exceptional, the food tastes great, and the environment is very family friendly. Our server, Brody, was a great server and checked up on us many times throughout our visit. 10/10 would recommend!!
