Usually the food is good, yesterday not so much! My tacos were cold, the waitress took them back and brought 2 more out, 1 was lukewarm and the other one was cold, SMH, needless to say I didn’t pay for them, very disappointed.
It has its pros & cons. Pro- it's not a beat-down establishment yet. The service is average. Nothing to write home about. Con- for the price, it's a rip-off. We got the 2 for $26.99 "deal". Appetizer choice was the Gringo dip. The chips were burnt and the dip was salty as heck. Didn't complain because they were relatively busy for a Wednesday evening. 45 min waiting and there was 5 empty tables about 30 min that’s bull shit
4 hostess folks arguing about customers without any acknowledgement of us staring at them for who knows how long to get a table. If the service stinks at the front it more than likely stinks in the BOH. This was our first time trying this place and we will not be back to try 2nd time.
Asked to speak to a Manager for issues I explained on survey. After waiting for 10 minutes we left! Got home and called. Phones rang over 60 times. Called back 3 times and tried every option. On the third try select option for order to go. After 20 to 30 rings April picked up. Asked to speak to Manager. Was on hold for ten minutes and finally hung up! Empty restaurant! No excuse. Food was fine. However; staff needs help. Waited a long time to be seated at a non busy restaurant with lots of open tables. Food took forever, it was just a burger. Even took another 10 minutes to pay the bill when I was done.
