my steak tasted like beef jerky and had a refrigerator taste, the manager was really nice and made it better,it was my first and last time there.

Terrible experience. We visited on a Monday night and it was moderately busy. They sat us right away and we waited for over 15-20 minutes and no one came to our table. I finally had to go up to server stand and get someone to take our drink order. The manager came over and apologized etc. We gave the drink order and our regular order at the same time. No AC, TVs not working properly (hello-hockey finals!!), and happy hour ends at 6pm…can’t leave work in time to EVER get there. There are plenty of better options in the area-Boomer Jacks, for example!

Hello Jeni, Thank you for your review. I want to assure that the AC issues have been fixed, and with the multiple lightning storms we have had recently a couple of our boxes were hit. We are still able to change the channels manually. I apologize for the inconvenience on your visit, but want to reassure you that these issues are being resolved as quickly as possible.
We waited 40-45 minutes for our food tonight and it wasn’t anything special. We ordered a side dish for my daughter & we realized it later that it never came out with the other food. We asked the waitress & she came back and said the kitchen forgot it. Not worth the money. I was very disappointed 😢
service was horrible. we asked for items such as lemon and ranch. asked several times and never received either. out of 9 people, 1 of our people got a raw hamburger. by the time it was finished the rest of us were done eating and then the tickets were messed up. food was ok but honestly after the experience we were all just ready to go. service needs organization and learn to check on table for refills.
