Went there for birthday celebration there were 15 people, food was cold, also wasn’t told til bringing out food, they were short baked potatoes, and pretzels after waiting over an hour for dinner! On a week night I might add, first time there, probably won’t be back and didn’t discount any of our tickets! Very disappointed 😩
I like BJ's better.... they have variety of options and good wings and good beers!!

Fish was very fishy and over cooked so was the shrimp. The only good thing was the Mac and cheese
Restaurant was not busy.. our food was sent to the wrong table.. found that out from the next table after the fact. Spoke to a manager.. thinking it would all get resolved... nope... 2 of the 4 dinners came out cold.. the other 2 Luke warm. Then we order dessert.. Togo and couldn’t even get that right.. how do you screw up ordering cheesecake to house cake?? My first and last time at this location.
Friend Ordered fajita chicken salad. Came out with no chicken. Told our server and she came back with a bowl of what looked like steamed chicken. Asked for mgr. he told her that they changed chicken and this is the new chicken. She said no I asked for fajita chicken. He continued to try to tell her that’s the new chicken. My Cesar salad came out with no dressing. Had to ask for it. Our server was very good but the kitchen people were not on point.
After explaining to the waitress that 2 of my children were anaphylactic to milk and asked for plain pasta and chicken meals. They brought out 1 set of meals with cheese. Brought it back to the kitchen for a fresh meal. The kitchen removed the top layer and placed plain pasta to hide the cheesy pasta returned below. went here with my husband and daughter. We sat at the bar. we ordered an appetizer, then all 3 had entrees. my salad came first. Then my streak, still no appetizer and why did my food come out alone? had to ask the food runner, who could have been a manager... for the rest of the food. she did give us the app for free. my streak was overcooked but flavorful, the manager took it back and gave me a new one. it was good but still not the best steak. the MOST disappointing thing was the bartenders were awful bc they basically ig... read more
I’m trying to upload the photo of the dead bug that was on the pepper jar... or the hairball in the Cuban (which they no longer sell) this place we’ve given 3+ chances to get it together and it’s finally one too many chances. Don’t come here.
