Worst grilled chicken I’ve ever had! We ordered lunch for the office today. I got a power bowl with grilled chicken and even ordered an additional grilled chicken breast to go with it. The chicken had zero seasoning on it. The mushrooms and brussel sprouts were raw. Oh wait.....there’s more.....we had the order delivered through DoorDash. the food was just ok. I asked for grilled onions not raw onions on my burger they put both. I asked for easy ice for my drink but it was full of ice. had to send it back. took five minutes to come bk. Our waitress pretty much was MIA, had to ask for her twice. this was not a good first impression.

54th street has always been a good experience for me. 09/11/2019 that changed. They were moderate. I've seen them a lot busier. No wait tonight. I and a separate lady walk in. THREE hostest are at the counter looking at one of their phones. I and the separate lady stand there for a good 5 seconds. No acknowledgement. Then one of the bosses walk by and tap on the counter for them to pay attention to the people walking in. Even after that they look at us and say NOTHING. It will be a very long time, if ever, before we go back to 54th Street. The total lack of compassion on their part is utterly ridiculous. Our waitress dropped not 1 but 2 glasses of ice water down my daughters back and the only thing she could say was “sorry” with almost an attitude. My daughter was soaked and embarrassed. I had to take her in the bathroom, have her remove her shirt and try to dry it a bit with the hand dryer. She was so wet that I could wring water out of her shirt. I feel so bad for her.
