My family ordered 4 meals. After waiting a long time, they delivered only 3 meals. I had to wait 10 additional minutes for the 4th meal to arrive at my table. When the 4th meal arrived, the side order of Brussels sprouts were cold. I had to wait another 7 minutes to get a new side order of grilled veggies. Management seems to be confused on food safety. Concerning conversation with a manager tonight about a meal that I received that had tarter sauce at 104 degrees. I ordered through the 54th website for delivery and a chain of events followed that were concerning. When we received our food the tarter sauce was sitting at 104 degrees. Even if this is a delivery order (not a third party delivery this was ordered directly from your website), a mayo base product should not be showing up at 104 degrees. The service was super slow & my blue plate special was not good. The meat was in the shape of a wiener instead of a filet. I didn’t eat it & did not get an offer to replace.

What a pathetic job for a restaurant. Told us it would be 20 minute wait. Went to check on our table told us they had forgot about us and would be another 20 minute wait. They were sitting people in front of us. Talk to manger and he was incompetent as hell. Will never go back! They said they were short staffed but when it takes four people to run the front door , no one left to wait tables.
