Group of 9, all nine orders were cold. It took an hour to get food. Never again.
Good food, service, and drinks. Don't fuck up a good thing. Give the manager a raise as it was obvious to me that the place was well managed.
The restaurant wasn't busy at all, lots of empty tables, had to ask for silverware, my husbands salad came after his entree and had to ask for the bread that was suppose to come with the meal, other than that the food was pretty good🙃
Told 30 minute wait; took a hour. Food and service was average.

The decor is cool and waitstaff usually does a good job. But... my food is cold half the time. Particularly the fries. I asked for hot fries tonight and received a smaller portion which was nearly burned to a crisp. My daughter's pasta was cold as well. I'm not sure if I will return. One good note: the Rueben sandwich is good. That's it.
This isn't a affluent place so don't get it twisted, but we wanted bar food and that's what we got. Actually pretty good bar food for that matter. However lack of service detracts 3 stars. Get your staff corrected and it might survive the harsh cut throat landscape of Frisco.
