My cousin had a meal here and her sandwich literally broke her tooth and the restaurant won't do anything to make it right.
I ordered a drink came back wrong 3 times ,plus I ordered a Swiss cheese mushroom burger medium rare came back well done the waitress said and the Mgr said just eat it real nice I was so pissed he should of took it off the bill !!!!!!
1st bad experience ever at ANY 54 location. I sat down at the bar around 4pm and a young lady handed me a food menu and asked what I wanted to drink, so I ordered a water until I decided on what I wanted food-wise. Now... I realize a changing of the guard (shift change) was taking place, but I sat there drinking my water and didn’t have a soul out of 4 people behind the bar ask me if I wanted/needed anything for about 15 minutes! The pickles are awesome. The creme brûlée cake is delicious. But the salad i just had tasted like old rotten lettuce and the soup tasted like freezer burn 🤷🏻♀️. Had their chicken fried steak awhile back, it was good. I guess its hit or miss, but I reiterate- the pickles are amazing.

One month ago I went there with coworkers. I arrived there at 1:15 pm. My coworkers already had their beverages and I waited patiently for the server to come to our table. 15 minutes later, the waitress came and took my beverage order. She brought it back 15 minutes later. She took our order and the food arrived 25 minutes later. The waitress was very attentive to another table.
