No WiFi- erratic service- clueless hostess-dark bathroom, but good food.
We’ve been here many times and the food has been good. Today, the service was very slow for lunch at 12:30 PM and the restaurant was half full. The food was Luke warm, not as good tasting as normal, and there were flies. When asking the manager, he was rude and not helpful at all. Based on this one incident we will NOT be back.

First time eating here and service was bad. Our waitress kept filling the two waters on the end of our table, forgetting about the four others. She brought four out of our six dishes. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get the rest of our food. I have never been to a restaurant where they only served half of your table. Coleslaw was hot, soup was cold, had to ask for a spoon for the kids apple sauce and she forgot the kids dessert.
I’d rather eat at Chili’s (and I don’t eat at Chili’s either). Extremely overrated, and wouldn’t bother going back.
If I could give 0 stars I would...this place has the worst management I have ever seen. I called and they told me they would put our name on the list...we got there and they told us we were misinformed and that they didn’t do call ahead seating...and that we would have to wait 1.5 hours. The manager did nothing to correct this mistake. They have lost our business for good!!
Ordered a drink and was asked if i wanted a double. I said ok and was shocked when i received a one finger pour. We have come here since they opened and have enjoyed the food and service. But this is a pour I have received at other places as a single pour. Disappointed. Not asking for more than I pay for but come on!
Don’t come with groups of 8 or more. They just don’t know how to take care of you. This has now been a problem for the last 5 times. I guess shame on me for keep coming back.
Steak was nervy service good had to wait a long time for large party table
Customer service and management response to their service should receive lower than an 1. 54th will learn sooner than later how their poor service impacts their bottomline. Too many choices in the area to tolerate poor service, and excuses from management.
