Food is always solid. Ordered through delivery a few times and the prime rib sandwich is always perfect through the 15-20 min drive here.
Don't bother calling. They don't answer but they may call you bs k in a week or so. What an embarrassment of a so-called organization KRM Inc dba 54th Street is. Zero management care for their consumer base particularly Michael Norsworthy or Nick Heckerson. PATHETIC
The food here is amazing. I had the lunch special chicken fried chicken and the portion size is amazing! For $10 buck, You can't beat it!!!! AND it comes with 2 sides. The shots/drinks I had were tasty and my server, Adrenaline was very attentive and welcoming. I had a great time! Would definitely recommend trying this place out!
Excellent customer service. The level of care and attention to detail was just outstanding. One of the best servers we've ever had. The food is absolutely amazing and flavorful. First time. Food was excellent! Best gyro I've ever had. Husband had the prime rib French dip and was pretty satisfied. Service was top notch. Friendly astmosphere. We will be back. Thank you
Hard to beat this place for tasty food and good service. We are obsessed with the tater kegs. A family favorite and a decision you won't ever regret making.
Service was below expectations. Had to request multiple items twice: water, ketchup and silverware. Our food was dropped on the floor from the kitchen, which we were told never happens, but we walked into dishes on the floor when we entered the bar area. Then had to request the food again after a lengthy wait. Food was salty. Music was very loud. They removed the food from the order that we didn't eat, so we didn't have to pay for it. I would not recommend sitting at the bar.
We went to have drinks, food and watch the UFC fights. The waitress told us the manager didn't want to change any of the TVs over to ESPN for the fights because they didn't want to promote violence.
We really enjoy the food here - my daughter has celiac disease and there is a great selection of gluten free food and they have a dedicated fryer for some of the items so she can have fries and tots which she loves. The downside is the service. Getting on the waitlist appears easy via the website, though the estimated wait times are a joke.
