Neither of us enjoyed our pasta dinners. Mine they forgot to addd the chicken it was such a small portion, my guest it was not spicy just very peppery. However, our server was amazing!!! Even the Manager was polite and apologetic. 5 stars for customer service.

I came here to celebrate my cousins 17th birthday! I have been to this location and to the food chain several times! Beautiful establishment and ambiance! My waiter was very attentive and checked on us several times! I got the burger with cheese and added bacon and was very disappointed! The burger had absolutely no seasoning at all! Tonight I came in and was greeted fairly quickly from Kaley she is tentative and always nice. Although I do sit a long time between appetizer and meal before being helped again. And once ready to pay that can take some time. Jarvis closed me out I am a reward's member I had a $5 coupon that I earned he said "I am not honoring it unless you address it". That to me just cost them a tip.. I work in the industry and I never speak to guests with that tone or passive aggressive remark. Thanks
I have been here a couple of times. Great selection of draft beers. Went yesterday with a friend. She is an Old Fashion connoisseur and said her drink was pretty darn good, even though they forgot the orange rind on the second drink. We usually sit in the bar area, as it is better than waiting for a table. Yesterday was no exception. Our waitperson, Rod, was extremely personable and funny. 5 starts to him! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Absolute worst customer service/restaurant experience ever received! Server didn't come to the table for approximately 20 minutes. Once given food, server never came back to ask if anything was needed. Manager then came with even poorer customer service and took no responsibility for the long wait time (over 20 minutes) for a refill drink. After a bad experience at Russo's we came here and had THE BEST customer service! The male host up front was polite and friendly and quickly sat us. Aidan was our server. He was very polite, friendly and experienced and went above and beyond to get our order exactly as we wanted. The food was fantastic. Overall a great experience today at a busy time.
