I was so excited when we got there. The indoor outdoor patio was awesome and such a beautiful day. But then the food came out cold and I had to ask for water multiple times and had to ask for my check. 😒
We go quite often but this experience was a little different...at first service was okay but as it got busier the server got a little snippy with my niece. She asked if she could have her icecream. She waited for a long time which is a loooong time for an 8 yr old. When she asked for icecream is when the server got snippy with her. The food was good not so much the service. Bummer since we go there quite often.
Service was GREAT.... the food was horrible...�
My husband and I love 54th Street, we have never had a problem with our meals, but on Father's Day our experience was horrible, food was cooked wrong , server was to busy for us. It seemed to me she had to many tables, but this was the only time this has happened, I will give them another chance
Food was not prepared right...I sent it back and then they lied saying my chicken was blackened and it was still grilled! Not going back! I make better pasta at home!
