I went there last night and granted my server Brittany was great but I had an issue with my food. I told her how I wanted it and clearly stated no onions. The food was bad. The tortilla soup looked like congealed gravy.
I got the rattle snake pasta. It was really good. But the sauce on it was too runny. I took the left overs home and it spilled on my jacket, shirt and hat. Also all over the seat. It was really bad.
I usually avoid chains because they are crowded and cater to families however this was convenient while out shopping. The queso dip was barely warm we ate due of it without sending it back. The burger was good. We did tell a person who asked us how everything was about the queso dip. He was the assistant manager and he removed the charge from our bill. Very generous and great customer service.
Great beer but terrible chicken wings. The stacf was nice but they never asked if the food was okay.
The place has a horrible smell.....like dirty carpet or something. The service was slow and not accurate. Don't think we will be back.
They gave us food poisoning! I'm never going back there
No where near as good as one in Arnold. Caeser salad brought out without dressing, baked potatoes (both mine and Moms) where undercooked, rock hard and so cold wouldn't melt butter. Steaks were good, cooked just as requested.Wifes dinner Shrimp,Fish plate was good. Shrimp could have been larger. Bright point was young African American waitress who was super pleasant !!
