Food was not prepared right...I sent it back and then they lied saying my chicken was blackened and it was still grilled! Not going back! I make better pasta at home!
The service was horrible. My food came out cold and every meal in my party of 6 was messed up. They brought the wrong meal out for my 4 year old...twice. The whole table was done eating by the time my child got food. We waited over an hour for food and then at least 20 minutes for a check. Will not go back!
they didn't get the order right on top of ordering ribs it was burnt. He sat us at the patio room it was cold. The waitress never refilled the drinks.
The filet steak was average at best. The texture of the meat tells me it was another cut trimmed up to look like a filet. The Caesar salad lettuce was cut in 1/2" strips. This not the correct way to prepare this salad. The service was spectacular and friendly.
The food was fine but we waited a bit over 1 hour on a Monday nght to accommodate our party of 10. It was not super busy, but there literally are no rectangular tables to put together for larger parties. The baby ended up having to stay up way past his bectime and we had arrived at the restaurant at 5:55pm. Super slow on every aspect. What a shame, its a trendy looking place, but thats where the interest stops for me. Never again will I go to this location. I'm not happy with the building the bathroom are way to small u got the stalls opposite of the sinks there is absolutely no room to move you come out of the stall and you're right there in front of the sinks and nobody can get in and out to exchange stalls then the dining room was nice and cold on a hot summer day of 85 degrees and they stick Us in the sauna room where there was no air conditioner only but ceiling fans separate away from the bar where there is a class at separates the room for whatever God sakes reason that ... read more
Horrible services ever time I go here!!! Waitress never came back once we received our food only to give us our check!!!
Terrible!!! It took one waiter and two managers to totally mess things up. Party of 8 we ordered at 8:53 last person got her steak at 9:40 and then had the guts to add on a 15% gratuity what an insult. Will never be back
