We've been 4 times... -first time was ok. -2nd time medium rare steak was well done -3rd time hair in food -this last time (last night) piece of glass plate in food Safe to say we won't be back a 5th time.
Richlands Hills location, so disappointed. I had to get up about 5 times for things we needed. Food came out at different times, food was cold by the time my husbands food came out. Service was horrible. I asked for a manager and no one ever came out. Extremely disappointed
The service is terrible and as long as you wait for your food you would think your food would be hot!
Idk I’m torn I like this place so much but my son found a black long hair in his patty Like IN THERE then he found a grey short white hair in his fried pickle 😩 what are the odds All in one sitting. The manager was very polite and attentive and resolved the issue but gosh that’s gross and what not
Service & food were HORRIBLE. Not so great way to start our spring break vacy. 😡
So 2 weeks ago I went to 54th on the Southeast side of town and my chicken fried chicken was not cooked all the way through. Today I came to have dinner and try a different location and yet again I’m disappointed. I ordered 2 strawberry daiquiris both were completely flavorless it’s like I was drinking snow cone ice 😡😡

The hostess was so rude and we waited over 1hr 30 minutes because of her error!!!
