I had to send my steak back 3 times had a horrible experience.

The food sucked service was very slow the bread was hard very very bad !!!

Manager's name was Eric Tippins. I plan my daughter's birthday dinner here she turned 17 today we had her birthday dinner there last year when she turns 16 today the day of the party I call ahead to let them know there would be 30 people coming in at 7:30 I was told they don't make reservations which is fine however they said they're unable to have a party of 30 . Put our name down for a party of 12. We were told 10-15 minutes nobody was waiting when we arrived. A party of 20 came in and got sat before us. When we went up to ask why we weren’t sat and asked for the manager he said it will be another 30 minutes to an hour. We did complain because it wasn’t right that they sat a big party before us. He stepped up closer to us in a rude manner and said well we can’t make people move. Very unprofessional as he was the manager. I was with my family on my birthday, waited 2 hours to be seated, had a bad manager and server, I will call the main office, very bad place.
