I love the fact that anytime I need technical support I can contact our support rep Al Botti and he is so quick to assist. Otherwise, I really like how 8x8 works and am the admin here at Hightail. It is very configurable and has great reporting that I use on a daily basis. It is scalable, easy to use, and much better then what we had previously. Thanks!
We have employees who work remotely and we have a branch office in another city. 8x8 allows us to have ONE phone number for our company for all our Clients, no matter who they are looking for. And the Auto Attendant makes it seamless for everyone. Internally we can dial an extension for any employee, either remote or office employee.
We use the Virtual Office and are a huge fan of the faxing system. It's straight forward, without having to deal with a machine and hardware!
The ease of use, the ease of setting up automated systems, but most importantly the customer service! Anytime we have an issue, a tech person is just a phone call away with hardly a wait! They are nice, easy to understand, and very helpful in solving any problem no matter how small - and for no extra charge! If I would have had to call our previous phone company with these issues they would have had to send a technician out and there would have most likely have been a charge to do so. 8x8 has made it possible for our staff to do business easier, wherever we are! Most of our staff works a Sun-Thurs workweek, but we needed to have the office open on Fridays too. 8x8 made it possible for us to close the office on Fridays and just have a receptionist tele-commute, saving time, money and morale for all of us. We are a brand that is run by Moms. 8x8 allows us the mobility of being able to run the company as if we were tied to a desk! We can go to a PTA meeting, class trip or even stay home if our child is sick with the help of 8x8. 8x8 has a user friendly app that is compatible with blue tooth for hands free operation. If my rent goes up, or I find a better office, I can move tomorrow! We used to have AT&T and a hard wired PBX system, which many attorneys still do. If we wanted to move our office, or to add space, it was expensive and time consuming to move the phones. If we wanted a satellite office, again expensive to hard wire and connect the phones. Now with 8x8, we can move today, and have phones in the new offices in an hour. Robert Wells! As a small business owner, of all the vendor Reps I work with Robert is by far the most helpful and responsive. He immediately responds to any issues I may have and made setting up with 8X8 very easy. Not that there are alot of issues with 8X8, it's a great phone service and has aot of functionality, but if I do ever have any issues to work through, it is nice to know I have someone like Robert I can reach out to and get a response from almost immediately.
