I love the absolute ease of communication. I can see who is available when I need them. The capability of "texting" has been invaluable to me. I use that feature more than any other. I am a working Mom and the fact that my family can reach me immediately through my work computer, an "in your face" approach, has been very helpful.

I didn't know how much I was going to love 8X8 until after I already bought the service! I live in Utah and have a second office in San Diego. It was always such a pain to call in to my voicemail and then call people back on my Utah number. No one answers out of state calls anymore with telemarketing out of control. Our favorite feature is the Virtual Office desktop and mobile applications. Both products allow us to connect in new ways that we could have never imagined with our old phone system.

The concept of VOIP was a mysterious one to us !! But after a little effort and the wonderful customer service and tools provided by 8x8, we quickly acclimated to this service and love the mobility and flexibility our organization now has in the critical area of communications with our clients. I find the tools provided to be extremely intuitive, and the customer service genuinely committed to our needs.
What I like the best is having an email received for every phone message. That way I can delete the message on my phone and still have a record of the call and the ability to go back and listen to the message. There are lots of other things I like as well for looking up contact phone numbers, etc. Great service! Thank you!
