The great thing about 8x8 is the reliability and flexibility. My company is based in Northern California, and I am remote in Southern California. I have the ability to connect with anyone in the home office via extension, but still have a local area code for my SoCal sales calls. The customer support is great as well. What we love most is the ease of making changes! We had phone lines with the local phone company prior to 8x8. We had hunt groups set up and something always we wrong any time we needed to make a change to how our phones worked or where they forwarded. I can make any changes myself at any point. It is easy.
With 8x8 services, I am able to provide customers with a local phone number, and still receive the calls on my cell phone. This enables me to maintain my professional image, without being tied down to an office.
Hello, We are new with 8x8 we just started 2 months ago and we absolutely we love it!!! The App is really easy to use is like picking up the phone from your office but you can be anywhere in the world. Customer service is fenomenal they really help you and take care of you from adding another line to a technical question its a great great service. I love how it is mobile and allows me to be anywhere and still do business with it. Being involved in sales and customer management, customers MUST always have a way to get a hold of me besides email. Being away in travel or vacation and coming back to work only to know you have missed like 6 urgent messages just kills the relationship I have worked hard to establish with my customer base. 8x8 makes sure that my customers can always come to me.
