At Birmingham Parent, we can use 8X8 from our home offices, and still maintain the appearance and sound of a larger office, while our employees have the luxury and convenience of working from their homes, which they love. The system allows us to connect via cell phones or landlines in other locations, while still maintaining that high level of professionalism, yet spending very little per day for such a great service! 8X8 made our decision to leave the corporate office and come to virtual offices so much easier!
As a small business owner, I love the versatility and flexibility that 8x8 allows us to have. We can work remotely, teleconference, and receive calls from our multiple numbers, acting like a big corporation! And since I work with the Federal government, 8x8 fax services streamline that communication for me as well. I can do all that while drinking my coffee in my home office! Love it!
We love the 8x8 app for our employee's phones. That allows them to send/receive calls and have access to their contacts no matter where they are!
