Communication is one of our biggest needs! We need to be able to hear from a student in need 24 hours a day. With 8x8 I can get an email of a voice mail so I can assist the student or forward that voice mail to someone else. I recently assisted in getting a student admitted for an emergency service in the middle of the night where without 8x8 the student may have been sent home! Thank you 8x8! I like multiple things about the 8x8 first and forme most . It can be accessed via multiple devices like mobile phone, laptops, ipads using 8x8 apps. I also like the clarity in the voice calls.
I love the fact that I can have my phone anywhere that has internet! I also love being able to check my emails and see what messages i have when I am out of the office. Most of all I love being able to change everything from hold music to call forwarding right online. The website is so easy to navigate and very convenient.
We love 8x8! Top notch customer service, affordable plans and best of all, reliable service. The app is a lifesaver and allows us to do ministry outside of the walls of our church without having to worry if we are missing important calls. 8x8 rocks!
Small Company but wandering all over the world and Connected! We run a safari company so being in the middle of the Serengeti Plains or on an island in the Indian Ocean, just give us some wifi and we are able to communicate not only with one-another but with clients calling at all hours with never a problem. 8x8 has given us the freedom to be where we have to be without worrying that our business will suffer. Fantastic service, clear lines and works wherever we are online. No-one could ask for more.
My business is Website Design & Leasing (I lease the websites I design). My wife's employer transferred her from Houston TX to San Antonio TX. I just took my 8x8 phone and my computer with me. We enjoy the convenience of having our office phone on the road. We have two offices and we are able to use our mobile devices to communicate with our clients when outside of the office. Checking voicemails while away from our desktop phone is also very convenient. Further, e-fax and conferencing make our lives easier. The efficiency gains of the 8x8 window in SalesForce. Saves time and effort by automatically logging calls and the screenpop for inbound calls. Also call forwarding is huge. Either when you're working remotely or need to forward to a colleague, it's a real life saver!
