Being a head of Customer Services, my requirements to the VOIP system are: connection quality, stability, quick expandability and the ease of use. My favorite feature of the 8x8 system is that we don't have to dial the area code prefix in our home area code. Every other phone and phone system we use, you still have to; but not on 8x8.
I love how we can feel like a large business even though we are a small business. I have three lines (plus a dedicated fax line) and we have 2 separate offices (one home office and another in the city for employees and clients). We have a real PBX feel and have set the calls up to ring on all extensions so anyone who is available can answer and we are able to transfer calls from office to office as if we were set up in the same building. 8X8 was relatively easy to implement and the staff was very helpful in getting the setup straight. We have had some problems with the switchboard using the browser for some time, but it's working much better now.

Hello, we have using 8x8 services since 10 years. if you ask me what good thing about 8x8. i should say the relationship, accounts managers keeps call me and suggest for upgrade package, if it is cross. it will helps to the customers. only upset things was 8x8 doesn't support manageable dedicate SIP/Trunk services. due to this, we were depends on else services to route. regards, Sekhar
