8x8 is EVERYTHING! I can have everything I need to communicate effectively, plan meetings, conference call and instant training meetings as needed. It's replaced at least 4 different programs we were using - now everything is in 1 place, and I am able to see which of my staff is on a call and who's free to assign projects to. I am the GM of a small business, and 8x8 has been the perfect phone service for us for over 6 years. I love the flexibility of having a desk phone, a mobile hand set and the app for when I am out of the office. We love that it creates such an intimate and connected environment in all of our offices across the nation. We have quick and high clarity access to anyone, anywhere. Here at PatientPop, we love the option to sync with Salesforce for logging our calls, this is a huge help for us. But personally I love how I get voicemails sent to my email, that way I do not miss a customer need or request. Thanks, 8x8 :)
