it works most of the time. BUT..... but it's significantly more blotchy and cuts in and out when compared to my previous Cisco IP phone. My customers can hear every other word. in some cases i've gone to using my cell phone for conference calls. I'm not happy my company made the change back to 8x8. it has the same spotty sound as it did before NetSuite moved to the Cisco phone a couple years ago.
My work was challenging. I would get calls and miss them, receive facsimile transmissions and not get them, believe that my calls were forwarded and they weren't. Since using 8X8, the challenge is now putting all the great features to work for me. Every time I learn about one, I find there is another... My issues of the past are just that... in the past! Ease of use...makes everything so easy.
We are a craft food business that looks bigger than its britches. M.A.D. Foods hand crafts Euro-inspired, Made-in-America specialties: dry cured sausages, truffle butters, and duck items, such as confit and fat. Thanks to multiple lines and remote access from multiple platforms, we can get on the road without missing a sale. 8x8 phone service is crystal clear and the on-line experience is fantastic. But we just moved our offices and the thing I love most about 8x8 is that all I had to do with my phones was unplug the phone from the wall and plug it in at my new office.
8X8 makes it easier for us to see that another employee is either on the phone or away from their desk, no more looking around to find someone! Awesome! Also, I like the fact that we have options on our VoiceMail messages for vacation, Business hours and meetings. Also like the fact that we can go back and see the missed calls and the numbers.
