We set up 2 phone lines, and your team was able to maintain my old phone number, giving me 2 more. I don't understand all the "Techy Stuff" and never will...but you guys do! We have installed all virtual office onto computers and also smart phones. The system is reliable and the HD sound is fantastic. This improved the business availability and staff are more flexible in their hours. The visibility of incoming voice messages can be reached from everywhere.
It's easy to setup, add new phones for new employees, switching phones btw employees, configure voice message, hunt groups, and using the the flexible virtual assistant. It's a great service!
I like the flexibility it provides our business, specifically if we travel or work from home. Having the ability to take a handset to any location or use the mobile app to make and receive calls without our customers even being aware is vital. Our office can "follow" us around wherever we go.
The ease and convenience 8x8 provides in our day to day business is incredible. A remote setup with our client requires very good audio conference options and 8x8 provides that spot on. The excellent quality of the call ensures we are always clear in the messages we want to send out and that ensures business successes for us.
CUSTOMER SERVICE of COURSE! Your people are awesome. I was just hired with Signature Home Lending (in case you need a great loan officer, we have the best!!!) and knew nothing about your system and needed to learn fast. Your IT support rep Kevin Miller was the bomb!! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and a great trainer. By the time I got off the phone with him I felt like an expert. I love seeing the familiar name we know our clients by appear on my screen before I answer a call so I can greet them properly, an important element of our brand. Oh, wait. That stopped working a few months ago and support told me I can't do that anymore. Either I love the support or I love the feature I can't use, but not both.
I love that I see it when co-workers are on the phone if I need to talk to them in person so I do not waste my time and energy walking to where they are only to find out that they are on the phone.
