Ease of use and personalization. As a sales person, I need to have the best functionality at my fingertips at all times, and a direct line of communication to my customers that can support that. With 8x8 I was able to seamlessly manage and create the necessary extensions, ring groups, and the auto-attendant call-routing feature in no time, and as a result, have the support I need to close more business.

Right now we're loving the quality of the service. We're testing the product out currently with 4 extensions and will hopefully soon get into a more detailed testing environment for our company.
