The ability to manage calls, from the 8x8 applicatione, and the point and click option to call phone numbers that 8x8 software recognizes in web pages and other computer programs.
I love that as a small entity we have a big presence.
Reasonable pricing with various phone features
We love being able to handle multiple phone lines and calls a the same time, and especially the email voicemail messages! We're a small company and our customers are our top priority so we need a reliable service that keeps us going!
The ease to make changes of all aspects of program. IE add change extensions ,grouping,out of office messages. We can do it all from our computer big time saver
There are lots of reasons we really like 8X8, but the main reasons are the support we get from our contacts when we have a question, and the ability to transfer calls from one office to another. The dedicated fax line for each extention is really great too. It's nice to finally have 21st century communications available.
i love getting my office voicemails on my iPhone so no matter where i am i can always return calls s if iwas right at my desk. no operator just a click away from listening to a message…brilliant!
Our business had to go through 3 other VOIP providers before 8X8. All the other providers had serious quality of service issues that reflected poorly on our business. Some of these services were even more expensive proving that you don't always get what you pay for. We have had no quality of service issues with 8X8 and the Virtual Office app has been a great addition to your systems.
