I love the virtual voicemail system and how calls can be forwarded to another phone number outside of the office. Our company is a property management company and this is a key part to running our business as I'm always on the go. This is such a wonderful feature and I couldn't imagine operating our office without it.

I love our 8 x 8 phone system for the convenience of being able to be out of the office without really being out of touch. We are a small company with 3 people in the office and a few part-time sales people that work from home. Two of us (my wife and I) travel about 1/3 of the year and when my assistant is the only one in the office and she needs to run a few errands, she can just just turn on her mobile 8 x 8 app on her smart phone and she can still answer the office phone if she needs to... In a previous company, we were limited by the technology and had to have people in close proximity. Once we started Epiphany and found 8x8, we can have folks anywhere in the U.S. and its seamless in how we can transfer calls and call each other. The 8x8 app is also great for accessing the system while on the go and saving time and money with regards to call from international locations.
