We have been with 8x8 for over 6 years now. There phone service has simply been great. When ever we have a probe with a phone ( and that happened with an provider) their customer support has been superior and very very responsive to our needs. 8x8 stands behind their service and products that they sell. At Westgate Skin & Cancer, I love not having an on premise PBX and enjoying a VoIP system that always just works. When taking appointments and following up with patients, 8x8 allows us to focus on what's important; patient care. Our most recent success with 8x8 included a situation where our primary physician was able to work remotely for part of the day and use the mobile app to contact patients as if she was in the office.

I love our 8 x 8 phone system for the convenience of being able to be out of the office without really being out of touch. We are a small company with 3 people in the office and a few part-time sales people that work from home. Two of us (my wife and I) travel about 1/3 of the year and when my assistant is the only one in the office and she needs to run a few errands, she can just just turn on her mobile 8 x 8 app on her smart phone and she can still answer the office phone if she needs to...
