I love the fact that my business now has a professional answering service without me answering the phone. Callers can leave a message and I no who called, what time they called, and I can review the message on the internet if I desire. Thank you 8x8.

I love the flexibility and ease of use with my 8x8 phone system. Prior to switching to 8x8 I was on a fairly sophisticated Samsung "hard-wired" system. However, I'm a small business owner and don't have an internal IT person or phone system programmer - so, for us to make even the smallest change in our system it took calling our service provider, scheduling an appointment, and paying a minimum fee of $120. What I love most about 8x8 is the convenience and flexibility of use. With the phone, online platform and mobile app, it is great to be able to contact clients from my office line even when I am not in the office and still give a professional appearance. I love that I never miss a message because I get an email sent to me with the message attached so I can contact the caller back quickly. The Internet-based technology is my favorite part of all the 8x8 features. Switching from a landline phone system to Voice-over-IP reduced our phone bill by over 50% and allows us to add and program devices conveniently. With the 8x8 Account Manager online, the system and each extension can easily be administered and remotely monitored which makes my job as systems administrator a breeze. I love your service and I don't even have it yet. After having a monthly nightmare situation at our office for the past 6 months, your sales representative knew his stuff and we are setting up our phones today. Our traditional phone system has been failing for the last 6 months on a regular basis. Avaya can't figure out the issue after replacing components 4 times. Our phone tech can't figure it out. Not to mention our T1 circuit fails often on top of internal phone system issues. How do I run a business without reliable pho... read more
