What I love the most about my 8X8 phone system is the flexibility. With the VOIP phone one does not have to manually move the lines when changes occur. Additionally, the hosting of the system by 8X8 makes it easy to manage through the user friendly virtual manager interface. Perhaps the biggest of all is the assurance of quality services through the no long term contract policy, which is reasonable that other VOIP providers.

We have had 8x8 for almost 5 years now. It has streamlined our business, by not having to scan our files twice so it eliminates two steps automatically. We can travel and keep in contact with our clients as if we were sitting at our office so nothing gets dropped through the cracks. We are extremely happy with 8x8 and do recommend to others starting their own business.

Two things I really love is that we can see when someone is on the phone And we can IM while they are on the phone..GREAT Feature!!!!
