Our office is comprised of two employees, myself and Julie. We host several events and out in the community quite a bit. I love the ability to have access to all my information on my cell phone, through the 8x8 application. I can also answer calls from my cell phone if away from the office, which helps our callers and clients get their customer service needs met more efficiently.

8X8 is the most user-friendly business phone service I know of. Kevin was SO helpful during set-up, and the services provided are just what we need for our new business. My favorite thing is how I immediately receive a text message that someone has left me a voicemail message, and delivers it to me in PDF format. SO cool!! What I love most about 8X8 is the e-mail notification that you have a voice mail message. I like having the notification on my e-mail and then I can listen to the message directly from the notification and I don't have to pick up the phone and listen from there. It leaves me free to look things up as I am listening to the message.

8x8 has so many features that are suitable for my company. We have many employees who work from their homes and 8x8 makes it possible to communicate with each other all day, every day. The cost is reasonable and the customer service is phenomenal. Anytime I need help as an administrator, they are always there for me. ERP Solutions LOVES 8x8!

I love the 8x8 phone system. I find it very user friendly and even if you have a problem the customer support is outstanding. I use the 8x8 app on my cell phone and whenever I leave the office I can STILL answer the phone. I have the app on my desktop and it shows me who is calling if I'm busy there is no need to pick up. Another amazing feature is once I have a phone from 8x8 I can take that phone anywhere I want and just keep using that extension. The forward features, the auto attendant features.
