8x8 offers a wide range of features not available with other VoIP providers, primarily international virtual numbers (or DID's). Service reliability has been very good and pricing is fairly competitive, only suggestions would be for 8x8 to simplify or make its UI easier to use and navigate. Also adding features such as the ability to block specific numbers including "unknown" or "blocked" numbers would be immensely helpful.
8x8 provides excellent customer service and plug and play system for contact center solutions. The system is easy to use and 8x8 is committed to improving their product to deliver better performance for their customers.
I love the fact that my recruiters are working in their own offices and that we can connect as one office. I highly recommend 8 x 8 Great way to do business.
This is the first company I have worked for that uses 8x8, and it is such a great software program. It's user friendly, and the thing I love most about it is that is notifies me via email that I have a voicemail. Too many times I have let voicemails go unnoticed on the phone, or missed a call because I am not at my desk. As an every day user of the phone system I like the simplicity and functionality of the phone system. Easy to get to menus makes it easy to perform my daily task.

We love 8x8 because we are able to get our voicemails in an email when we are away at conferences. We are able to get right back to customers. Also, we are an international company and we're able to talk to anyone in the world for a low rate.
