Our company, Purely Poultry, is a true eCommerce based business, which means that I have the opportunity and luxury of working from home in my pajamas if I wish. I work as a customer service representative and incredibly our customers do not know that I am anywhere other than a professional office. I love Customer Support. Every time I need help or have a question they are very helpful. Some phone companies well... you can't understand their reps and they can't understand you or they aren't knowledgeable enough to help you. This is not the case with 8x8, they always know what to do and how to explain it. Thanks!!

I love the customer service! I love that I am almost never put in a queue to reach a service representative. I love that there are no language barriers on the call. I love that they easily and quickly resolve my issue. And what I really love is that I really don't have have any "issues" which need resolution. The system works is exceptionally consistent and easy to use, even as we expand our business.

The ease of use. I love that I can make calls from my computer, that the connection is always clear. Once again what I love is how easy it is to use.

I love 8x8 because of its ability to mobilize my office. I work in insurance and because I can essentially use my office phone on my cell, I can talk with customers wherever, whenever which is very important in this field. This has led to increased productivity and customer satisfaction and service.

8X8 is the most user-friendly business phone service I know of. Kevin was SO helpful during set-up, and the services provided are just what we need for our new business. My favorite thing is how I immediately receive a text message that someone has left me a voicemail message, and delivers it to me in PDF format. SO cool!! I love 8x8 because I have a two hour commute and on days when the weather is bad, I can work from home and not miss any messages. I am able to return phone calls in a timely manner as if I were sitting at my desk!
