    People talk about great service great price ... For me this is only measured by the level of my satisfaction. My live was made easier with 8x8 .     The ease of setup and use is why I love the 8x8 service. We set up a remote office with one user. The cost of extending our phone network was too great for the circumstance and we looked for a plug-and-play VoIP system. We found that in 8x8. The installation was easy and went without any hitches. The customer service is great also. Very responsive and knowledgeable. The phones and system are easy to use which reduces the internal support calls. We're glad to have 8x8 as a partner!

    When we used to have land lines, the system was static and antiquated.When we switched over to 8x8, we were able to group phone #s, forward calls when people are out to anyone in the office, make calls outside the office as if I was in the office, check voicemail messages online, have direct phone #s vs. extensions, record phone conversations, review call logs, and the whole office wasn't designated to answer the main phone line anymore. We were finally able to group designated people to answer the main line unlike the old l... read more

    Business made simple. I like that it makes our small business run efficient and smoothly like a Fortune 500 Company. I would have to say the mobile app is my most favorite feature. It allows me to work from home when needed- or just about anywhere for that matter and I don't have to compromise my personal cell info to my clients. Keep up the good work!     I love the customer service, especially on the support side. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. They are always outstanding and ready to go above and beyond. The chat feature is very convenient. Chatting with a live person really helps the experience and solves the issue quickly. It is very important to me that my live chat agents have never sent me literature to read. It seems careless and lazy when other companies just send links to FAQs. Thank you.
