About two years ago our phones went down. I work for a busy law office so we all know that our phones are extremely important to our business and its efficiency. I spent a great deal of time on my cell phone with 8x8 representatives and they were extremely helpful, patient, kind and diligent in the services provided to me. They fixed our problems and got our phones up and running as fast as possible and I am very pleased with the service they provided then and provide to our business to date.
I was on maternity leave when our PBX system went out. As a mobile repair business, our phones are absolutely essential for us to have working phones. It was going to cost at least $4,000 to fix or replace our PBX system. We were introduced to 8x8 and had our phones working later that day. No huge upfront cost and great service. 8x8 always has knowledgeable sales reps and excellent customer service. It helps make us look like Rockstars.

What I love most about 8x8 is the fact that we can transfer a call to someone who is offsite but still a part of our 8x8 "group". We have one worker that works from home and takes a majority of the calls for our support line, which is why we got 8x8 in the first place, and it makes it very easy to send him a call. Their online customer support is personable and makes me feel that I'm chatting with a human and not a robot. Also like how there are many software integrations to enhance its functionality.
