Incredible customer service, user friendly website, and a great, consistent product
I love the flexibility it gives us as employees. I'm a single mom and when I have to work from home, it allows all work calls to be forwarded to my cell phone, as if I'm actually in the office. 8x8 has been a great switch for my office. I used to have Vonage which had very poor and garbled voice quality and used a lot of bandwidth. 8x8 uses much less bandwidth and gives excellent voice quality. The voicemail and music on hold are excellent as well. I have used to mobile app for my laptop and tablet which have worked very well. I even was able to make phone calls from my computer from Italy. Good job 8x8!
Our traditional phone system went down due to a power issue in the area. As a result, we were faced with several thousand dollars in repairs. We worked with 8x8 to create a solution that purchased all phones and installed the totally new IP phone solution for less money than repairs were estimated to be. We also created a system that costs us less money on a monthly basis. We just recently began using 8x8 at the company I work for. I work remotely and prior to 8x8 did not know if I had voice messages unless I dialed in to check. The email notifications of voice messages provided by 8x8 saves me a significant amount of time and makes retrieving messages so much easier.
I love the 8x8 because of its recording capability. I was able to record meetings with clients as needed and able to download the recording to share with individuals in my OPs team.
