I live in Italy and using 8x8 changed my life. I am the co-founder of a web platform that help commercial airlines to find the repair stations for their needs. We are 3 guys, I am in italy, one is in Baltimore(USA) and one guy is from China; with 8x8 everything is better because we can work on a cloud. Another great thing is that 8x8 integrates perfectly with CRM softwares. WE LOVE 8x8!
I love that 8x8 provides so many options for our phone service. I can make or receive calls in my office on my main phone, on my laptop, or on my cell phone. I am frequently out of the office, and being able to still answer calls, check voicemails and send and receive faxes makes me so much more productive. I also love how 8x8 is continually improving their services and adding new features.
What I love most about 8x8 is the ease of staying connected wherever I am by using Virtual Office Online and the 8x8 smartphone app. I can be confident that I won't miss any important calls or messages, whether I'm in the office, working from home, or travelling!

There are so many great things about 8x8, it's hard to choose just one. I love the simplicity of the setup and the ongoing ease of use. I love how the call quality from our remote offices is just as good as at corporate. I love how 8x8 delivers full corporate telephony functionality on the device without breaking the bank.
I love the friendly customer support. They are alway patient and attentive. I know whenever I call they will walk me through the problem so I understand the issue and how to fix it. I feel comfortable and self sufficient using the account manager because of their one on one attention. The integration of streamlined technology makes accessing my account easy from anywhere, which is why an iPad would be a great addition to productivity!

There are three things I really think every CIO should know about 8x8. FIRST and foremost the online interface to managing and configuring the phones system is easy to use and quick to deploy new users or change exiting ones. SECOND the system is very scalable to multiple office for large or small companies, all you need is internet access. THIRD support is top notch.
