We went from a very broken phone system in our contact center to VCC about 2 months ago and it was the BEST choice ever. Our customers are happy and we are happy to be able to provide the level of service they deserve. I love the feature of just having to click the phone no. on the screen and it automatically dials. This feature says me lot's of time dialing since I make multiple calls daily.
