As an management tool, I can't think of anything better. I'm able to track the number of calls for each employee, length of time and origin of the call. This assures me that staff is performing proficiently using their time to the best use. Overall the system has made us more effective and very cost friendly!
We recently joined 8x8 in September. This was a very learning expierence for me. To set up all the systems and extensions and voice mail was challengeing. The Tech team was very great and understanding and took there time to either walk me thru something or fix it themselves. I would really like to thank them for all their help.
