I love having a central management console for all things VoIP. In the past we had many different systems at our remote sites that had no knowledge of one another. Our company has easier internal communication because of this system and the recent improvements to the VOD have been well received by our team.

I am a small business owner and was getting tired of my current phone companies charges (they rhyme with Comcast) so I decided to try VOIP. I signed up with another company, SendHub, and experienced a monumental amount of issues. Being able to connect to Personal Contacts, company extensions with one touch. The "Services Menu" on the iPad are convenient and preform flawlessly. I always have my company phone with me.
The ease of phone calls coming is phenomenal. The tracking of the phone calls is exceptional. The ability to record the calls is essential in day to day business.
Being a small business, it makes us look like a bigger company to our customers and helps us to get sells that we might not. May purchasers prefer to buy from large companies and this gives them the feeling that we are larger. We are more then capable of meeting their needs and being able to reach us through an office number and not a cell phone number gives the consumer that confidence to purchase from us
