We installed 8x8 telecom services about a year and half ago to replace an inadequate Nexus phone System. The install went extremely smooth from both the technical side and end user side. The web application work extremely well and also the App for youe cell phone is great. Very pleased with the system
We are a tax preparation and financial services business with over 700 clients. We work as an integrated team and have questions and comments all day. I've used with 8x8 in 3 different businesses. Some systems were simple, one line operations, some were complicated multiline/locations with numerous features to meet high level needs. What I love about 8x8 is their ongoing commitment to improve and expand their features at an affordable price.
